目的探讨液体衰减反转恢复(FLAIR)序列在脑室系统中的应用价值。方法对60例患者均进行FLAIR序列和FSE-TWI检查,比较两种序列2对病灶的显示能力。结果60例中,属脑室系统正常变异者14例,交通性脑积水5例,梗阻性脑积水10例,室管膜瘤2例,侧脑室内脑膜瘤1例,亚急性脑室内出血2例,脑白质脱髓鞘疾病20例,侧脑室旁腔隙性脑梗塞3例,小脑髓母细胞瘤2例,血管母细胞瘤1例。以上疾病的病灶,在FLAIR序列上均能显示,并可清晰显示边界;但在TWI上虽可显示有些病2灶,但边界不清。结论FLAIR序列能够抑制脑脊液的信号,提高脑室内、脑室旁病灶的对比度,对脑室内及脑室旁病变的显示较FSE-TWI优2越。
Objective To investigate the value of FLAIR sequence in ventricular system. Methods Sixty patients were examined by FLAIR and FSE-TWI, respectively. Results Among the 60 cases, 14 cases were normal variation of ventricular system, 5 cases of traffic hydrocephalus, 10 cases of obstructive hydrocephalus, 2 cases of ependymoma, 1 case of lateral ventricular meningioma, 2 cases of subacute intraventricular hemorrhage Cases, white matter demyelinating disease in 20 cases, 3 cases of lateral cerebral ventricle lacunar infarction, cerebellar medulloblastoma in 2 cases, 1 case of hemangioblastoma. The lesions of these diseases, FLAIR sequences can be displayed, and can clearly show the border; but in the TWI may show some lesions 2, but the border is unclear. Conclusion The FLAIR sequence can inhibit the signal of cerebrospinal fluid and improve the contrast of intracerebroventricular and paraventricular foci. Compared with FSE-TWI, the FLAIR sequence shows better performance in the intracerebroventricular and paraventricular lesions.
