本文对兰州市3月—17周岁的儿童及青少年1320人,男660人,女660人进行了骨龄研究。结果表明:各年龄组骨龄发育随年龄增加而增加,青春突增期尤甚,14—16岁后又趋缓慢。骨龄发育女性明显高于男性(P<0.01)。1岁前女性骨龄比同组男性提前2—3月;1—5岁组女性比男性提前1—1.5岁;6—17岁组女性比男性提前2岁左右。骨龄发育存在地区性差异,同时亦受民族、社会、纬度、海拔等因素影响。按性别年龄组骨发育总指数均值及85%上下限范围绘制了兰州市3月—17周岁男女骨龄发育曲线图,便于临床、体育及儿童保健事业的应用。
In this paper, 1320 children and adolescents from March to 17 in Lanzhou were studied, including 660 males and 660 females. The results showed that the development of bone age increased with the increase of age in all age groups, especially in the sudden increase of youth, and slowed gradually after 14-16 years old. The bone age was significantly higher in women than in men (P <0.01). 1 year before the age of female bone than men in the same group two to three months earlier; 1-5 years old group of women 1-1.5 years earlier than men; 6-17 years old women than men about 2 years ahead of schedule. There are regional differences in bone age development, but also by national, social, latitude, altitude and other factors. According to the mean value of the total bone development index of the sex age group and the upper and lower limits of 85%, the skeletal age development curve of men and women in March -17 years of Lanzhou was plotted to facilitate the application of clinical, physical and child health care.
