新农村建设作为解决中国“三农”问题的重大战略决策,同时又是解决“三农”问题的一把金钥匙,现在已经成为全社会关注的热点。本文在循环经济理论指导下,围绕新农村建设的战略目标,提出加强政府引导、重视科学规划,引进先进技术,重视循环经济的宣传教育,调动全民参与的主动性,推动循环型乡村旅游的可持续健康发展。
As a major strategic decision to solve the “three rural issues” and a golden key to solve the “three rural issues,” the new rural reconstruction has now become a hot issue for the whole society.
