目的:挖掘海洋中药海螵蛸历代发展所积累的临床用药经验,为海螵蛸的临床应用和研发提供基础。方法:以《中医方剂大辞典》,《中华医典》作为方剂基本信息来源,筛选包含海洋中药海螵蛸方剂,应用频数分析及关联规则挖掘技术和关联网络构建技术进行分析。结果:共筛选方剂721首,涉及中药662味,与海螵蛸配伍频率最高的单味药为龙骨、当归、赤石脂,与鳖甲、附子配合多治疗疟疾,与当归配合治疗带下病;与蒲黄等配合治疗崩漏。关联网络显示,妇科和五官科病症如崩漏、带下病和脓耳等节点聚集性非常高,从混睛障节点的网络关系图可以看出,海螵蛸配伍冰片、白丁香等,以膏剂外用来治疗混睛障。结论:论文挖掘了历代医家积累的海螵蛸在功效主治、临床用量用法、配伍规律等方面的用药经验,补充了对海洋中药的认识,为海洋中药现代临床应用和新药研发提供了参考和基础。
Objective: To excavate the experience of clinical medicine used in the development of the marine Chinese medicine 螵 螵 蛸, to provide the basis for the clinical application and research and development of 螵 螵 蛸. Methods: Based on “Chinese Dictionary of TCM Prescriptions” and “Chinese Medical Dictionary” as the basic information sources of prescriptions, we selected the prescriptions containing marine Chinese medicinal materials, including frequency, association rule mining and related network construction techniques. Results: A total of 721 prescriptions were screened, involving 662 Chinese herbs. CONCLUSION: The paper explores the medicinal experiences of sea slugs accumulated by ancient physicians in the fields of efficacy, usage and compatibility, supplements the understanding of marine traditional Chinese medicine and provides a reference and basis for the modern clinical application of marine traditional Chinese medicine and the research and development of new drugs .
