采用有限元软件对A356/A390合金复合材料的半固态触变挤压工艺进行仿真模拟,研究了成形过程双金属坯料的充型情况,同时探讨了挤压速度对复合成形的影响。结果表明,异种材料充型相对独立、所需载荷很小,复合界面处质点在变形过程中既有剪切变形又有稳定受压。挤压速度较慢时,复合界面处坯料温度、应力不均匀性较大,复合界面线略微偏靠制件中部下表面一侧;挤压速度较快时,复合界面线严重偏靠制件中部上表面一侧,制件底部稍有未完全充满。上模挤压速度为120mm/s时,复合界面处坯料温度、应力较为均匀,充型完整,复合界面线成直线居中。
The semi-solid thixo-extrusion process of A356 / A390 alloy was simulated by finite element software. The bimetallic billet filling process was studied. The influence of extrusion speed on the forming process was also discussed. The results show that the filling of dissimilar materials is relatively independent and the required load is very small. The particle boundaries at the composite interface have both shear deformation and stable compression during the deformation process. The extrusion speed is slow, the composite interface at the billet temperature, the stress is not uniform, the composite interface line slightly offset by the middle of the lower part of the middle part of the workpiece; extrusion speed is faster, the composite interface line severely rely on the central part of the workpiece On the upper side, the bottom of the part is slightly under-filled. When the extrusion speed of the die is 120mm / s, the temperature and the stress of the composite at the composite interface are more uniform, the filling is complete and the composite interface line is in a straight line.
