目的体外测试黄藤素的抗阴道毛滴虫活性。方法设计实验组、已知疗效对照组和阴性对照组,溴甲酚紫比色法及酶标仪体外测定药物作用于阴道毛滴虫后不同时间、不同药物浓度的培养基A490值,经线性回归分析,绘制IC50曲线图,进行药效学比较分析。结果体外培养2h,甲硝唑阴道毛滴虫药效较黄藤素快;第4h~12h,两种药物的IC50值较接近,此时段内两种药物的抗滴虫药效相当;第24h,黄藤素的IC50值为6.64μg/ml,低于甲硝唑的IC50值(9.53μg/ml);第48h,甲硝唑的IC50值下降至5.38μg/ml,黄藤素的IC50值为6.95μg/ml。结论黄藤素体外抗阴道毛滴虫的活性与甲硝唑相当,是一类理想的抗阴道毛滴虫候选药物,具有良好的开发利用前景。
