80年代心血管治疗方面的举足轻重的进展是无需施行外科手术而能够安全、有效地用气囊导管(成形术)或药物(溶栓)来打开人体动脉。90年代里这两种技术将成为常规技术,将在一定程度上减少心绞痛,改善AMI预后。
The pivotal advance in cardiovascular therapy in the 1980s was the safe and effective use of balloon catheters (angioplasty) or medication (thrombolysis) to open a human artery without the need for surgery. These two technologies will become routine technologies in the 90’s, which will reduce the angina to a certain extent and improve the prognosis of AMI.
