在液压滑动模板施工实践中积累了不少宝贵的经验,国内各建设部门用以建造多层框架、万吨油罐、大型沉井、桥墩、码头、堤岸、山坝心墙及灯塔等都获得了很好的效果。一九七一年以来,又在钢筋混凝土烟囱施工中杀用了无井架的液压滑动模板施工方法,发掘了液压滑动模板自身能解决垂直运输的潜力,节省了搭设落地井架的全部工料费用,节省施工用钢材达百分之九十三,缩短工期一半以上,节约劳动力三分之二,工程质量大为提高。使用液压千斤顶和电动卷扬机等一类小型机具即可进行高大结构的施工,并达到较高的机械化程度,它显示了极大的优越性,是完全符合社会主义建设总路线精神的一项新工艺,值得大力推广。目前液压滑动模板施工技术还在发展过程中,在冶金工业建设范围内,还有许多施工领域有待我们去认识,去占领。我们应该学习第十七冶金建设公司在烟囱施工中采用无井架液压滑模的革命精神,卓有成效地采用新工艺,为加快工程速度,节约国家建设资金作出贡献。
