不同血液净化治疗方法对终未期肾病难治性高血压效果对比研究

选取在我院进行治疗的终未期肾病难治性高血压患者80例,将其按照抽签的方法进行分组,每组20例,对照组仅单纯使用血液透析治疗,治疗A组使用血液透析以及血液透析滤过治疗,治疗B组使用血液透析以及血液灌流治疗,使用血液透析、血液透析滤过以及血液灌流为治疗C组。在治疗16w之后,对比四组患者IPTH以及RA等指标的变化情况。结果四组患者经治疗相关指标均有明显改善,三组治疗组的改善情况优于对照组,在治疗组中,C组患者的指标改善情况明显优于其他两组,组间经比较P均<0.05。在肾病难治性高血压的治疗中,使用血液透析治疗的同时加上血液灌流和血液透析滤过,能够提高疾病治疗效果,有效阻止疾病的发展。 Eighty patients with refractory hypertensive disorder of end-stage renal disease who were treated in our hospital were enrolled. They were divided into two groups according to the method of drawing lots, 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hemodialysis only. The treatment group A was treated with hemodialysis and Treatment with hemodiafiltration, treatment with group B using hemodialysis and hemoperfusion, group C with hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration and hemoperfusion. After treatment for 16 weeks, the changes of IPTH, RA and other indexes in four groups were compared. Results The treatment-related indicators of the four groups were significantly improved, the improvement of the three treatment groups was better than the control group, in the treatment group, the improvement of the indicators in the C group was significantly better than the other two groups, P <0.05. In the treatment of renal refractory hypertension, the use of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion and hemodiafiltration can improve the therapeutic effect of the disease and effectively prevent the development of the disease.
