本文提出了硫酸和磷酸混酸分解氯化钾、氨中和过量酸、制备低氯氮磷钾复合肥、副产工业盐酸的工艺路线。实验考察了影响氯化钾转化率的因素,得到了氯化钾转化率大于97%的原料配比,制备出了适合于烟草等经济作物施用的低氯氮磷钾复合肥(CI~-≤1.0%)。
This paper presents a sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid mixed acid decomposition of potassium chloride, ammonia and excess acid preparation, preparation of low-phosphorus NPK fertilizer, hydrochloric acid by-product industry route. The factors that affect the conversion rate of potassium chloride were investigated experimentally, and the ratio of raw materials with potassium chloride conversion of more than 97% was obtained. Low-phosphorus NPK fertilizers suitable for economic crops such as tobacco (CI ~ -≤ 1.0%).
