本文对混苯作业女工体内过氧化脂质(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘过氧化物酶(GSHpx)进行了测定分析。其结果:(1)接触组女工LPO,SOD 的含量均明显高于对照组。说明混苯作业女工体内脂质过氧化反应增强。(2)白细胞(WBC)计数<4×10~9/L 组的脂质过氧化反应明显增强于WBC>4×10~9/L 组。并且,WBC 与LPO、SOD 和GSH-px 均呈负相关,提示随着脂质过氧化反应增强,WBC 计数减少,因此认为,脂质过氧化反应增强是苯导致WBC 计数减少的重要因素,LPO 和SOD 作为判断苯、甲苯对人体危害的早期监测指标具有一定的意义。
In this paper, the determination of lipid peroxide (LPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSHpx) in mixed benzene female workers was conducted. The results: (1) The female workers in the contact group LPO, SOD were significantly higher than the control group. Description mixed benzene female workers in vivo lipid peroxidation increased. (2) The lipid peroxidation of white blood cell (WBC) count <4 × 10 ~ 9 / L group was significantly increased in WBC> 4 × 10 ~ 9 / L group. Moreover, WBC was negatively correlated with LPO, SOD and GSH-px, which suggested that WBC count decreased with the increase of lipid peroxidation. Therefore, the increase of lipid peroxidation is an important factor that led to the decrease of WBC count by benzene. LPO And SOD as a judge of benzene, toluene on the human body’s early monitoring indicators have a certain significance.
