近年来,在我国各地有100多个企业先后开展了企业管理咨询工作,取得了初步的效果。我国的企业咨询工作主要是从日本引进的,在日本称之谓企业诊断。本期发表的中国企业管理协会副会长兼秘书长张彦宁同志在企业管理咨询工作座谈会上的讲话,总结了几年来在这方面的工作经验,提出了一些需要注意和解决的问题,特别是如何把企业管理咨询中国化的问题,这对于进一步在我国推广企业管理咨询工作是有积极作用的。
In recent years, more than 100 companies across China have conducted enterprise management consulting and achieved preliminary results. China’s corporate advisory work is mainly imported from Japan and is called enterprise diagnosis in Japan. The speech made by Comrade Zhang Yanning, Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Enterprise Management Association, published at this symposium on business management consulting work, summed up the work experience in this area for several years and put forward some issues that need attention and solutions, especially The question of how to make enterprise management consulting in China will play a positive role in further promoting enterprise management consulting in China.
