碳纳米管以其独特的结构和优异的性能被认为是复合材料的理想增强相,其增强效果受其在基体中的分散性影响。本文采用无水乙醇、硝酸溶剂对碳纳米管进行了预处理,后通过球磨工艺将纯化处理过的碳纳米管混合于Ni3Al金属间化合物原料中。采用扫描电镜观察了碳纳米管在基体粉末中的分散情况。结果表明,经过硝酸纯化处理的碳纳米管分散性更好;球料比为10:1,转速为300rpm/min,无水乙醇为球磨介质的条件下混合10h,碳纳米管均可均匀分散于Ni3Al原料粉末中。
Due to its unique structure and excellent properties, carbon nanotubes are considered to be the ideal reinforcing phase for composites. Their reinforcing effect is affected by their dispersibility in the matrix. In this paper, carbon nanotubes were pretreated with anhydrous ethanol and nitric acid. The purified carbon nanotubes were mixed with Ni3Al intermetallic compound by ball milling. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the dispersion of carbon nanotubes in the matrix powder. The results show that the carbon nanotubes purified by nitric acid have better dispersibility, the ratio of material to material is 10: 1, the rotating speed is 300rpm / min and the absolute ethanol is ball milling medium for 10h. The carbon nanotubes can be uniformly dispersed in Ni3Al raw material powder.
