10月15日,教育部召开发布会,发布《2014年度中国语言生活状况报告》(以下简称《报告》)。《报告》显示,目前我国已经走入接入国际互联网的第二十一个年头,网络语境中孕育出的网络语言已成为汉语系统中比较活跃的一部分,但由于网络“虚拟社区”和自媒体“缺少把关人”的特性,网络低俗语言大量出现,并从网上蔓延到网下。《报告》指出,网络语言粗鄙化需要治理,规范网络语言的必要性正逐渐得到社会认同。
