农民职业技能培训是提高全体农民劳动力素质、优化劳动力市场人力资源配置的重要手段,各乡镇府地方都积极组织了形式多样的农民职业技能培训。当前的农民职业技能培训面临农民学习积极性不高、培训模式落后的问题,必须多元培训内容,因人制宜教学;完善培训体系,满足不同培训者学习需要;灵活设置培训地点,方便全体农民参与学习。
