坏疽性紫癜 Purpura.gangrenosa,亦称暴发性紫癜,是临床上较少见的一种来势迅猛的坏死性血管炎,往往于发病后2—3天之内死于败血休克并发DIC,以往常见于少数的暴发型流脑病例,近年亦有报导链球菌及金葡菌感染并发DIC病例中出现暴发性紫癜者。阅读国内文献尚未见白葡菌感染并发如此严重皮损者,我院收住一例白葡菌性败血休克合并暴发性坏死型紫癜,病程中合并DIC,脑水肿,恢复期出现多发性血栓坏死性溃疡及指端坏疽,实属罕见,特报告如下:
