利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法 ( F T I R) 和计算机辅助解析法对于聚羟基脂肪酸脂 ( P H As) 共聚物中不同比例组成进行了定量的研究。通过去卷积和曲线拟合, 得到了羟基丁酸与羟基己酸共聚物[ P( H Bcox H H)] 中, 单体羟基己酸 ( H H) 的含量, 结果表明, 此含量与已知的加入量吻合, 则可用此方法对于未知含量的共聚物进行预测。
The different proportions of polyhydroxy fatty acid ester (P HAs) copolymers were quantitatively studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and computer-aided analytical methods. The content of monomeric hydroxycaproic acid (HH) in the copolymer of hydroxybutyrate and hydroxycaproic acid [P (H Bcox H H)] was obtained by deconvolution and curve fitting. This content is consistent with the known addition, this method can be used to predict the unknown content of the copolymer.
