一种迁移界面的技术研究了在绝缘基片上镥二酞花青膜的阴极电致变色显示。通过金接触注入电子以及从液体电解质注入阳离子发生了反应。在含水或有机的碱金属盐溶液中形成淡蓝色生成物,而在盐酸的水溶液中形成深紫色生成物。深紫色材料的载流子迁移率为8×10~(-7)厘米~2/伏×秒并且估计体电阻率为1800欧姆-厘米。还原着色看来象是固态的阳离子导体。
A Migration Interface Technique The cathodic electrochromic display of phosphonium phthalocyanine on an insulating substrate has been investigated. The injection of electrons through gold contacts and the injection of cations from the liquid electrolyte reacts. A light blue product is formed in the aqueous or organic alkali salt solution and a dark purple product is formed in the aqueous hydrochloric acid solution. The dark-purple material has a carrier mobility of 8 × 10 -7 cm -2 / V × sec and an estimated bulk resistivity of 1800 Ω-cm. Reduction coloring looks like a solid cationic conductor.
