“我相信,通过开展这样的经验交流,对于推进HAZOP(危险与可操作性分析)方法的普及应用,促进应用水平的不断提高,提升石油和化工企业防控事故的能力和本质安全水平,推动我国化工行业的安全、绿色与可持续发展将产生积极而重大的作用。”9月16日,国家安监总局监管三司副巡视员牛开建在银川召开的第二届化工行业HAZOP方法应用交流研讨会上强调指出,化工作为高危行业,全面推广运用HAZOP方法,对于提升行业本质安全水平有着重要的意义。
