钢纤维混凝土构件的受力性能与其内部纤维的分布形态有根本联系,研究钢纤维在混凝土浇筑过程中的运动及其最终分布形态十分有意义。本文通过MATLAB自编程序调用ANSYS CFX提出了一种新的模拟钢纤维混凝土浇筑过程中纤维运动的方法。利用此方法模拟了一根梁的浇筑过程,通过模拟结果与实验结果的对比,证明模拟方法适用有效。进而通过改变浇筑入口位置来研究浇筑参数的变化对梁内钢纤维分布及取向的影响,总结钢纤维分布形态随浇筑参数改变的变化规律,为实验及实际工程提供有意义的借鉴。
The mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete members are closely related to the distribution of their internal fibers. It is of great significance to study the movement of steel fibers in the concrete pouring process and their final distribution. In this paper, a new method to simulate the fiber movement in the process of steel fiber concrete pouring is proposed by calling ANSYS CFX from MATLAB self programming. This method is used to simulate the pouring process of a beam. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results to prove the applicability of the simulation method. Furthermore, the influence of pouring parameters on the distribution and orientation of steel fiber in the beam was studied by changing the position of pouring entrance. The variation regularity of distribution of steel fiber with the change of pouring parameters was summarized, which could provide meaningful reference for experiment and practical engineering.
