党和政府“以创业带动就业”战略的提出,为成人高等学校开设创业课程提出了新的要求。就业形势严峻、成人高校课程改革的推进、学生自主发展的需求以及发展创业型经济的要求,使得开设《创办小企业》课程成为必然。而教学目标的确定、课程内容的设置是否符合成人高等学校和学生的特点,则是要深入研究的课题。
The proposal of “taking employment as a starting point” put forward by the party and the government put forward new requirements for setting up an entrepreneurial course in adult colleges and universities. The grim employment situation, the promotion of curriculum reform in adult colleges and universities, the need of independent development of students and the requirement of developing entrepreneurial economy make it necessary to set up the course of “starting a small business”. The teaching objectives to determine the content of the curriculum is set in line with the characteristics of adult colleges and students, it is the subject of further study.
