目的 测量蚌埠市部分错牙合畸形的高中生上颌牙齿和下颌牙齿之间的牙量关系 ,找出不协调的原因 ,为临床治疗和科研提供重要参考。方法 随机抽取在蚌埠市第二人民医院就诊的高一至高三 ,年龄在 1 6～ 1 9周岁间、牙列完整 ,无牙体缺损的 41 8副记存模型 ,进行前牙Bolton指数测量。结果 81例前牙Bolton指数不协调 ,占抽查总数的 1 9.38%。结论 牙牙合畸形患者治疗前必须进行Bolton指数测定 ,根据不协调部位和量制定治疗方案。
Objective To measure the tooth mass relationship between the maxillary and mandibular teeth in high school students with partial malocclusion in Bengbu City, and to find out the causes of incoordination. This will provide important reference for clinical treatment and scientific research. Methods Randomly selected the first-to-high-thirds of the Second People’s Hospital of Handan City, aged between 16 and 19 years old, with complete dentition, and 4 8 no-defective models. Results The 81 cases of frontal Bolton index were inconsistent, accounting for 19.38% of the total number of random samples. Conclusion The Bolton index must be determined before treatment in patients with occlusal malformation, and the treatment plan should be based on the uncoordinated site and volume.
