目的研究神香草提取物对支气管哮喘小鼠的防治作用。方法采用卵白蛋白致敏和滴鼻激发建立小鼠哮喘模型,给予神香草提取物进行干预后,检测小鼠外周血中白细胞总数(Leu)、嗜酸性粒细胞数(Eos)和中性粒细胞数(Neu)。用ELISA法检测小鼠肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素4(IL-4)和干扰素(IFN-γ)以及血清中特异性免疫球蛋白(IgE)的水平。观察不同剂量的神香草提取物对哮喘小鼠肺组织病理变化的影响。结果神香草提取物可剂量依赖性的显著降低外周血中Leu、Eos、Neu数量,能显著降低小鼠肺泡灌洗液中TNF-α、IL-4和血清中IgE的含有量,升高IFN-γ的含有量,减小IL-4/IFN-γ比值,并改善肺组织病理学的炎症。结论神香草提取物对支气管哮喘小鼠炎症因子的释放,Th1/Th2免疫应答的失衡具有一定的调节作用。
Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Herba Vanilla extract on bronchial asthma in mice. Methods The mice model of asthma was established by ovalbumin sensitization and intranasal challenge. After the intervention of Shen vanilla extract, the number of Leu, eos and neutrophils (Neu). The levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interferon (IFN-γ) and serum specific immunoglobulin (IgE) in BALF were detected by ELISA Level. To observe the effects of different doses of Herba Vanilla extract on pathological changes of lung tissue in asthmatic mice. Results Shen vanilla extract can significantly reduce the number of Leu, Eos, Neu in the peripheral blood in a dose-dependent manner, can significantly reduce the content of TNF-α, IL-4 and serum IgE in BALF, -γ content, decrease the IL-4 / IFN-γ ratio, and improve lung histopathological inflammation. Conclusions Shen vanilla extract has some regulatory effects on the release of inflammatory cytokines and the imbalance of Th1 / Th2 immune response in bronchial asthmatic mice.
