目的:探讨江苏镇江地区人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染与发生乳腺癌患者临床组织病理间的关系。方法:256例乳腺癌患者癌组织(乳腺癌组)和63例乳腺腺病患者乳腺组织(对照组),2组提取DNA,采用基因芯片技术检测乳腺癌中HPV DNA并进行分型,分析HPV感染与乳腺癌组织病理两者之间的关系。结果:乳腺癌组HPV阳性率为12.1%,对照组为9.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);乳腺癌组HPV,中分化导管癌分化程度明显高于高分化和低分化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析两组患者的肿瘤大小、雌孕激素受体、人类表皮生长因子受体2表达情况淋巴结转移情况等之间差异,无显著差异,不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:HPV感染与江苏镇江地区乳腺癌的发生、发展之间不存在相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and clinical histopathology in patients with breast cancer in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province. Methods: DNA was extracted from 256 cases of breast cancer (breast cancer group) and 63 cases of breast adenosis (control group). DNA was extracted from two groups. The HPV DNA in breast cancer was detected by gene chip and genotyped. HPV Relationship between infection and histopathology of breast cancer. Results: The positive rate of HPV was 12.1% in breast cancer group and 9.5% in control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The differentiation degree of HPV and differentiated ductal carcinoma in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in well differentiated and poorly differentiated (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in tumor size, estrogen and progesterone receptor, lymph node metastasis of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 expression, etc. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) P> 0.05). Conclusion: There is no correlation between HPV infection and the occurrence and development of breast cancer in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province.
