确定大型船用主机曲轴的几何形状是检修工作中一个极重要而又极繁难的工作。中苏造船公司苏联专家在检修某船的主机曲轴时,采用了一种新颖的方法。这种方法免除了将大型柴油机的机架拆卸,将曲轴吊上岸来分段修理後再组合等麻烦手续,而是直接在船上施工,不必拆卸机架,也不需特殊的起重设备,并且所用的工具也十分简单。但对这样一个先进的方法,除了苏联专家以外,了解的人却不多,因此很需要将它总结出来。 本文是作者在实习时所作的一个总结报告,内容是将探用此种检修方法工作过程的全部技术资料加以系统地整理和理论的分析,并作了较深入的讨论。这工作是在中苏造船公司工学技师蔡保和本教研室主任李渤仲副教授指导下完成的。由於篇幅的限制这里所发表的第一部份是经过某些精简的,读者如要了解具体的详细操作过程,可通过机关介绍向“大建工学院造船系船舶内燃机教研室”借阅。
Determining the geometry of the crankshaft of a large marine engine is an extremely important and extremely difficult task in the maintenance work. Soviet experts at the shipbuilding company of China and the Soviet Union adopted a novel method of repairing the host crankshaft of a ship. This method eliminates the need to dismantle the frame of a large diesel engine, lift the crankshaft to the shore, and then assemble and repair it in stages. Instead, the construction is carried out directly on the ship without dismantling the machine frame and without special lifting equipment, and The tools used are also very simple.
