全面质量维修 (TQMain)是状态维修 (CBM)出现的一种新概念。其目标不仅仅是要保持机器状态良好 ,而且要保持影响制造过程所有重要环节的状态良好。诸如 :生产工艺、运转条件、员工能力、寿命周期费用 (LCC) ,以及质量控制系统。为此要组成一个综合的设备信息系统。重要的成果有 :( 1)利用更精确的诊断和预测技术进一步确定了延长轴承平均有效寿命的数据和指标。 ( 2 )为监控机器状态采集了影响振动信号的机器速度和负载变化数据。 ( 3 )利用振动频谱分析检测了曲轴的主轴承表面质量偏差。 ( 4 )求出了一台造纸机的维修利润每年约为 3 5 8MSEK。主要结论是 :实施连续改进和确保延长机器寿命和以竞争价格生产出高质量产品。确定和消除造成质量偏差和设备早期故障的原因以及扩大应用数据反馈技术是不可缺少的。还讨论了最近 7年间为验证实现全面质量维修 (TQMain)概念的需求和效益而进行过一些案例研究
TQMain is a new concept of stateful maintenance (CBM). The goal is not only to keep the machine in good condition, but also to keep it in good condition in all the important parts of the manufacturing process. Such as: the production process, operating conditions, staff capacity, cost of life cycle (LCC), and quality control system. To this end to form a comprehensive equipment information system. The important results are: (1) The use of more accurate diagnostic and predictive techniques to further define the data and indicators to extend the average effective bearing life. (2) The machine speed and load change data that affect the vibration signal are collected for monitoring the machine status. (3) Vibration spectrum analysis was used to detect the main bearing surface quality deviation of the crankshaft. (4) The profit of repairing a paper machine is calculated to be about 358MSEK per year. The main conclusion is: Implement continuous improvement and ensure longer machine life and produce high quality products at competitive prices. Identifying and eliminating the causes of quality deviations and early failure of equipment, as well as expanding the application of data feedback techniques are indispensable. It also discusses some case studies that have been conducted in the last seven years to verify the needs and benefits of implementing the concept of total quality maintenance (TQMain)
