水雷非触发引信的可靠性是个综合概念,它包含布雷定位后的完好率、在战斗服役期内的稳定性、在要求的作用半径内对敌舰有效的作用概率等。显然,这些性能是衡量引信设计质量最基本的指标。作为要求,总是希望所设计的水雷非触发引信的完好率和动作概率最大,稳定性最好。那么,怎么才算大,算好呢?是否存在一个客观的指标呢?对这个问题,由于认识不统一,在过去的实验鉴定中往往因此产生争论。本文试图从战术与技术的结合上谈谈对这个问题的一点肤浅认识。
The reliability of a mine-fired fuse is a comprehensive concept that includes the integrity of a mine-positioned fuselage, the stability during combat service, the effective probability of action on an enemy ship within the required radius of action, and the like. Obviously, these properties are the most basic indicators of the quality of fuze design. As a requirement, it is always hoped that the unmanned fuze of the designed mine will have the highest intact rate and the highest probability of action and the best stability. So, how can we count big, count it well? Is there an objective indicator? Because of the unrecognizedness of this issue, there is often controversy in the past experimental identification. This article attempts to talk about the superficial understanding of this issue from the combination of tactics and technology.
