2012年是实施“十二五”计划承上启下的重要一年。我国经济发展的内外环境趋于复杂,不确定因素增加,经济运行仍将面临诸多矛盾和问题,需要重点关注和深入研究,主要包括:宏观经济走势和政策选择;国际经济金融危机走势和我国对外经贸环境;以改革和创新为重要抓手,推进结构调整与转型升级;促进城镇化健康发展;改善民生和完善社会管理;推进重点领域改革。
2012 is an important year to implement the “12th Five-Year Plan”. The internal and external environment for economic development in our country tends to be complex and the uncertainties increase. Therefore, the economy still faces many contradictions and problems and requires close attention and in-depth study. The major issues include: macroeconomic trends and policy choices; international economic and financial crisis and China’s external Economic and trade environment; take reform and innovation as the main starting point, promote structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading; promote the healthy development of urbanization; improve people’s livelihood and improve social management; and promote reforms in key areas.
