随着我国教育事业的不断发展,高职院校学生的入学门槛有所降低,生源相对来说质量较低,个体间差异比较大,如何有效地实现对高职院校学生管理工作,是当前面临的一个严峻的问题。为了保证高职院校的良性发展,培养出高素质高技能的应用型人才,学校必须树立以人为本的学生管理工作理念,在对学生进行管理的过程中要充分注重学生主动性的发挥,实现学生的自我教育和管理,塑造良好的师生关系,促进高职院校学生管理工作的良性发展。基于此,从以人为本的理念出发,探讨高职院校学生管理工作。
