本文结合大庆油田机关离退休职工管理中心工作实践,分析了离退休职工的思想特点,对开展离退休职工思想政治工作的基本原则和主要方法,进行了深入探讨。
Based on the practice of Retired Staff Management Center in Daqing Oilfield, this paper analyzes the thinking characteristics of retired workers and probes into the basic principles and main methods of retired workers’ ideological and political work.
