本文简述了恒应变速率研究方法的基本工作原理,并介绍了用计算机模拟方法在WJ—10无级调速试验机上建立这一研究方法的工作程序。标定WJ—10拉伸机速度调制试验曲线并建立其理论曲线方程;编制恒应变速率试验的速度调制程序并介绍其应用操作。本文还注意到大的试验误差对材料超塑变形行为的异常影响。
This paper briefly describes the basic working principle of constant strain rate research method and introduces the working procedure of establishing this research method by computer simulation method on WJ-10 stepless speed regulation testing machine. The speed modulation test curve of WJ-10 stretcher was calibrated and its theoretical curve equation was established. The speed modulation program of constant strain rate test was compiled and its application operation was introduced. We also note the abnormal effect of large experimental errors on the superplastic deformation behavior of materials.
