近十几年,农村儿童中患白血病的逐年增多,这与农药大有关系。曾有人调查统计过,农村中40～45％的白血病与使用和保存农药不当有关。“农药白血病”发生的原因,初步查明是某些农药(包括除草剂)中的苯类衍生物抑制脱氧核糖核酸的合成,导致染色体的畸变和突变。而儿童的解毒能力和免疫功能相对较弱,常常不能很好地分解这类毒物,破坏了造血功能系统,从而使白细胞发生突变,以致引起白血病。
In the past ten years, the incidence of leukemia in rural children has been increasing year by year, which is closely related to pesticides. It has been surveyed statistics, 40 to 45% of leukemia in rural areas and the use and preservation of pesticides improper. The causes of “pesticide leukemia” initially identified that benzene derivatives in certain pesticides (including herbicides) inhibit the synthesis of DNA, leading to chromosome aberrations and mutations. The children’s detoxification and immune function is relatively weak, and often can not properly decompose this type of poison, destroying the hematopoietic system, so that mutations in leukocytes, causing leukemia.
