本文报道采用液体培养基稀释法与琼脂稀释法,测定小檗碱体外抗5种支原体活性。结果显示:小檗碱有较强的抗唾液支原体、口腔支原体的作用,其MIC50与MIC90分别为4与8μg/ml。抗尿素支原体与人型支原体作用相同,MIC50与MIC90为8与16μg/ml。抗精氨酸支原体作用较弱,MIC50与MIC90为16与32μg/ml。本研究结果提示:小檗碱在体外有明显的抗支原体作用,但尚须进一步临床研究。
In this paper, we reported the use of liquid medium dilution method and agar dilution method to determine the activity of berberine against 5 kinds of mycoplasma in vitro. The results showed that berberine has a strong anti-mycoplasma saliva, oral mycoplasma, the MIC50 and MIC90 were 4 and 8μg/ml. Anti-urea mycoplasma and human mycoplasma had the same effect, with MIC50 and MIC90 of 8 and 16 μg/ml. Anti-arginine mycoplasma had weaker effects, with MIC50 and MIC90 of 16 and 32 μg/ml. The results of this study suggest that berberine has significant antimycoplasma activity in vitro, but further clinical studies are still required.
