本文采用反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定头孢克洛颗粒剂含量．用ＯＤＳ－Ｃ１８柱，磷酸盐缓冲液（ｐＨ４．５）：乙腈（９４∶６）为流动相，检测波长２６５ｎｍ，测得线性范围８０～２５０μｇ／ｍＬ（ｒ＝０．９９９８），平均回收率１００．０％，ＲＳＤ０．３８％，最小检出量６．１２×１０－１２ｇ２０．４ｍｇ１００ｍＬ×１１００×０．３１００进样１μＬ．
In this paper, reversed-phase HPLC determination of cefaclor granules content. The linear range was 80 ~ 250μg / mL (r = 0.9998) with the detection wavelength of 265nm on ODS-C18 column with phosphate buffer (pH4.5): acetonitrile 100.0%, RSD 0.38%, the minimum detectable amount of 6.12 × 10-12g20.4mg100mL × 1100 × 0.3100 injection 1μL.
