在与传统渐开线齿轮啮合传动对比的基础上,提出柔性波状啮合传动工作表面的啮合要求。对变异型波状廓形 和正弦型波状廓形的数学模型进行了分析,并探讨正弦型波状廓形的啮合线特性及承载计算问题,为柔性波状啮合传动 的设计奠定了理论基础。
Based on the comparison with the traditional involute gear meshing transmission, the meshing requirements of flexible wavy meshing transmission work surface are proposed. The mathematical model of the wavy profile and the sinusoidal profile is analyzed, and the characteristics of the meshing line and the bearing calculation of the sinusoidal profile are discussed. The theoretical basis for the design of the flexible wavy meshing transmission is established.
