基于党的十八大要求与战略部署下,全面推进信息化与工业化的融合与协调发展、以工业化与信息化的相互作用来开辟新型工业化道路,是社会主义建设新时期下的一大重点任务,同时也是新时期下发展的必然要求,也是进一步提升我国综合国力的重要保障。对于河南省而言,如何在新时期下针对本省工业化与信息化融合发展关系下所处呈现出的问题进行妥善解决,以深化两化的融合并助力于本省经济的跨越式发展,亟待解决。本文针对河南省新型工业化与信息化协调发展与融合下所呈现出的问题进行了分析,在此基础上,提出了一系列解决对策,以供参考。

For Henan Province, how to properly solve the problems that lie under the relation between the industrialization and informatization of the province under the new era? It is an urgent solution to deepen the integration of the two cultures and help the economy of this province to leapfrog development. This article analyzes the problems presented under the harmonious development and integration of new-type industrialization and informatization in Henan Province. Based on this, a series of solutions are proposed for reference.
