教学是学校的中心工作,要了解和掌握教学情况,保证教学工作计划的实现,学校领导必须坚持不懈地深入课堂听课。 一、听课要有目的有计划。 学校领导深入课堂听课的目的,在于了解教师的教学水平和教学情况,总结教学经验,研究教学规律,改进教学方法,不断提高课堂教学质量。因此,听课不仅要有月计划,而且还要有周安排。二十多年来,我一直坚持每学期初,当教师课务分工确定之后,便着手制订听课计划,确定听课重点,明确听课要求,然后按计划逐月作出听课安排。新学期开始,
