中国加入WTO承诺的逐步实施使国际化成为不可回避的潮流,对于内陆城市西安而言是一个非常严峻的挑战。顺应国际化大趋势是西安在中国经济国际化迅速推进背景下的唯一选择,这也是当今就宏观经济形势而言在国内资本已经相对过剩的情况下还要将招商工作置于一定高度的原因,作为内陆城市西安更应该如此。
The gradual implementation of China’s accession to the WTO promises to make globalization an unavoidable trend is a very serious challenge for the inland city of Xi’an. The general trend of adapting to internationalization is the sole choice of Xi’an in the context of rapid internationalization of China’s economy. This is why today’s macroeconomic situation places a certain level of investment promotion work even under the relative surplus of domestic capital. Xi’an as a landlocked city should be even more so.
