协调社会各利益主体之间的关系,是构建社会主义和谐社会的主题。宪法作为国家的根本法,调整社会利益关系是其应有品性。其中,宪法的有效实施是宪法利益调整功能得以实现的关键;构建利益关系协调的和谐社会是宪法利益调整功能的终极目标。
Coordination of the relationship between the various stakeholders, is the theme of building a socialist harmonious society. As the fundamental law of the country, the constitutional adjustment of social interest relations is its due character. Among them, the effective implementation of the Constitution is the key to the constitutional interest adjustment function; the construction of a harmonious society with harmonious interests is the ultimate goal of constitutional interest adjustment.
