采用抗S-100蛋白抗体双PAP法对85例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤中S-100β蛋白阳性(S100β~+)细胞的分布进行观察。结果,NHL中S100β~+细胞多呈较均匀地分布于肿瘤实质中与瘤细胞密切接触。低度恶性NHL中S100β~+细胞的数量明显多于高度恶性者(P<0.01);长生存组中S100β~+细胞亦明显多于短生存组(P<0.01)。提示,S100β~+细胞在机体抗肿瘤免疫中具有重要作用,是估计患者预后的有价值的指标。
The distribution of S-100β protein positive (S100β ~ +) cells in 85 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma was observed by anti-S-100 protein dual PAP method. As a result, S100β ~ + cells in NHL mostly showed more uniform distribution in the tumor and were in close contact with tumor cells. The number of S100β ~ + cells in low grade NHL group was significantly higher than that in the highly malignant group (P <0.01). S100β ~ + cells in long-term survival group were significantly more than those in short-survival group (P <0.01). It is suggested that S100β ~ + cells play an important role in the anti-tumor immunity of the body and are valuable indicators for estimating the prognosis of patients.
