With the continuous improvement of the degree of democratization in China, the enthusiasm of people in participating in and deliberating on state affairs has been on the rise. The Internet has provided a broad platform for people. The construction of the network political platform provides a new channel for the government to govern. It is not only a new way for party and government officials to listen to the public’s voice and pool the wisdom of the masses, but also to realize citizens’ rights of knowing, participating, expressing and supervising more effectively. This paper takes Urumqi “Hongshan Network” as an example to analyze the relationship between the government, the public and the media in the network political platform.
