首次报道以马氏珍珠贝的生殖液为原料制成口服制剂的药理作用。实验表明珍珠精母口服液具有明显的止血作用;推断其治疗子宫出血的作用机制与直接收缩子宫平滑肌,减少子宫肌层血流量,抑制纤溶过程及增强外源性凝血酶的凝血活性有关,而与收缩血管无关。
It was reported for the first time that pharmacological effects of oral preparations made from the reproductive fluid of Markov shellfish were used. Experiments have shown that Zhu Jing Mou Oral Liquid has obvious hemostatic effects; it is inferred that its mechanism of action for treating uterine bleeding is related to direct contraction of uterine smooth muscle, reduction of myometrial blood flow, inhibition of fibrinolytic process and enhancement of coagulation activity of exogenous thrombin, It has nothing to do with contracting blood vessels.
