水分是液压油中一种危害较大的液体污染物,严重地影响液压系统的可靠性及液压元件的使用寿命。本文对凝集式油水分离器的机理进行了较全面地分析研究,并通过大量的实验证明,采用凝集式油水分离方法可有效地除去液压油中的水分。
Water is a more harmful liquid pollutant in hydraulic oil, which seriously affects the reliability of hydraulic system and the service life of hydraulic components. In this paper, the mechanism of the coalescence oil-water separator is analyzed and studied in a comprehensive way. It is proved by a large number of experiments that the oil-water separation method can effectively remove the moisture in the hydraulic oil.
