随着改革的深入,我国的企业组织形式有了很大变化。组建企业集团就是一个显著标志。但我国的企业集团还很年轻,甚至很不成熟,与国际上规范化的企业集团相比,还有很多差距。拿一汽集团来说,仅有十年的历史,处于发育阶段。因此,探索企业集团的建设和发展,具有重大的实际意义。本文试以一汽集团的实践为例,就组建股份制企业集团问题进行粗浅探索。
With the deepening of the reform, the organizational form of our country has changed a lot. The formation of a corporate group is a significant sign. However, our country’s corporate groups are still young and even immature, and there are still many gaps compared with the internationally standardized corporate groups. Take FAW Group, only 10 years of history, is in the development stage. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the construction and development of enterprise groups. This article tries to take the practice of FAW Group as an example to conduct a cursory exploration on the issue of forming a joint-stock enterprise group.
