近日,副省长李金柱赴白水县烽源煤矿,与先期抵达矿上开展安全评估的13位专家一起检查安全生产工作。李金柱一行实地检查了烽源煤矿主井口、调度室,对照监控视频详细了解井下涌水量、瓦斯含量等情况。随后主持召开座谈会,仔细听取了专家组对该矿制度建设、从业人员资格审查、井下安全设施配置、隐蔽致灾因素排查等十方面的安全评估,并现场抽查了矿长从业资格证、历次隐患排查登记册。他强调,下一步安全生产工作,一是积极探索安全管理新办法、新路径。在坚持现有一系列行之有效的管理制度基础上,不断创新,研究制订
