新课程教学要求:教师要转变教育观念,积极实行启发式教学,激发学生独立思考和创新的意识,要让学生感受、理解知识产生和发展的过程,培养学生的科学精神和创新思维习惯。目前,课堂教学仍是我国中小学教学的主要组织形式,居主导地位的无疑还是教师。但是,教师和学生在课堂教学中应扮演什么样的角色,如何扮演好自己的角色,下面就我近几年的探索谈谈我自己的看法。
The new curriculum teaching requirements: teachers should change educational concepts, actively implement heuristic teaching, stimulate students’ awareness of independent thinking and innovation, allow students to experience and understand the process of knowledge generation and development, and cultivate students’ scientific spirit and innovative thinking habits. At present, classroom teaching is still the main organizational form of primary and secondary school teaching in our country, and it is undoubtedly a teacher to occupy the leading position. However, teachers and students should play a role in classroom teaching and how to play their own role. I will talk about my own views on the exploration in recent years.
