本文对40侧成人下肢标本用解剖和动脉造影法观察了膝降动脉及其隐支。膝降动脉外径平均2.4mm,隐动脉外径平均1.6mm,均适合显微血管吻合。对小腿上段内侧隐血管神经皮瓣的解剖学特征和临床应用进行了简要的讨论。
In this paper, 40 adult adult lower extremity specimens were dissected and their arterial angiography was used to observe the knee artery and its hidden branches. The mean diameter of the knee-descending artery was 2.4 mm and the average diameter of the saphenous artery was 1.6 mm, all of which were suitable for microvascular anastomosis. The anatomic features and clinical application of the medial flaps of the upper leg of the lower leg were briefly discussed.
