本刊讯(记者肖莉)为贯彻落实国家节能政策,积极推进农房建筑节能,指导我国严寒和寒冷地区农村住房节能设计、施工及管理,增强农村住房的保温隔热效果,提高室内舒适性,促进节能技术在农村住房建设中的应用,提高农村住房建设技术人员的整体素质,住房和城乡建设部于2009年6月颁布实施《严寒和寒冷地区农村住房节能技术导则》(试行)(以下简称导则)。
