日本《节能法》规定,铁路从业者有义务配合该法的实施和推进。《节能法》和《全球变暖应对法》还规定,铁路从业者有义务定期上报运输过程中能源的使用量和温室效应气体二氧化碳的排放量。本研究所开发的能耗计算系统能够利用“运转曲线生成软件”中的数据,推算出走行中必要的燃油消耗量和尾气中的二氧化碳排放量。该软件由“运算处理部”、“数据输入.编辑部”和“描绘处理部”构成。根据计算结果,提出了在运转操作方面具体的有效节能操作方案。
Japan’s “Energy Conservation Law” stipulates that railway practitioners are obliged to cooperate with the implementation and promotion of the law. The Energy Conservation Law and the Global Warming Response Act also stipulate that railroad workers are obliged to regularly report on the amount of energy used in transport and the emission of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide. The energy consumption calculation system developed in this study can calculate the necessary fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions in the exhaust gas by using the data in “Operation Curve Generation Software”. The software consists of “arithmetic processing unit ”, “data input editorial ” and “rendering processing ” structure. According to the calculation results, the author puts forward a concrete and effective energy-saving operation plan in operation and operation.
