提出一种基于模糊数学的综合评价方法——模糊综合评价法。该方法利用模糊隶属度理论把定性指标合理定量化,把定性评价转化为定量评价。评估方案包括:①太阳能+地源热泵联合循环;②溴化锂吸收式直燃机组;③冷水机组+燃油热水锅炉;④冷水机组+燃气热水锅炉;⑤冷水机组+电锅炉。事实证明,利用模糊综合评价方法得出的最终结果与实际评标结果吻合较好,具有良好的实用价值。
A comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy mathematics - fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. The method makes use of the theory of fuzzy membership to rationally quantify the qualitative index and transform the qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation. Assessment programs include: ① solar + ground source heat pump combined cycle; ② lithium bromide absorption direct combustion unit; ③ chiller + fuel hot water boiler; ④ chiller + gas hot water boiler; ⑤ chiller + electric boiler. Facts have proved that the final result obtained by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is in good agreement with the actual evaluation results and has good practical value.
